Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Awattade ventures allows customers to cancel orders before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers are advised to contact the support team promptly using the provided phone number or email address to request a cancellation.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfume products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Awattade ventures will accept returns if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery. Customers must notify the business within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate a return request.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was delivered. Any signs of usage, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will make the item ineligible for return.

Return Process

Customers must contact Awattade ventures with details of the issue, including proof such as images where necessary. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, instructions will be provided on how to return the product to the specified address.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Awattade ventures.
